With your rules you wish to kill my dreams,
For you think that I don’t have the right to.
You don’t know how in anguish my heart screams,
For not being able to do what I want to.
Try as much as you might,
But my dreams you can’t kill.
My dreams will definitely take flight,
You can never defeat the power of my will.
Chained you may want to keep me,
But for my freedom, I’ll struggle and you I will face.
So don’t make it difficult and just let me be,
With my arms open wide my dreams I’ll embrace.
