A zillion thoughts drift in my mind,
A few vague memories, some thoughts profound.
Answers to questions I seek to find,
I’m so lost in thoughts that I forget the world around.
Thoughts of the past, questions about tomorrow,
There is always something going on inside my head.
Some thoughts just bring me sorrow,
Few things I feel are better left unsaid.
My head is in a muddle,
And I am all confused.
All the thoughts in my head seem just like a puzzle,
My answers to which are always refused.
Out of the depths of my thoughts I ask,
Why does everything have to be so complicated?
I sometimes feel I hide behind my thought mask,
My thoughts always in my head, never stated.
